Price: Slightly High
Score: 7/10 if you don't mind paying...6/10 if you do
Despite our dislike of the Good Food Month (it used to be so much better) we to two events this year and this was the first outing.
If you have access to good Malaysian food, it's not terrible fairly decent and good quality ingredients but probably not worth it.
If you don't mind paying and have no access to Malaysian food then by all means go for it.
Ikanbili's as a dish on its own is an abomination
Mixed seafood was just ottak ottak...they should have used sugar cane skewers not lemongrass
Eggplant, never had this style in Malaysia and it's not really Szechuan style either but it was tasty
Roti was useless but the duck curry (even though we still don't know why you'd waste a good duck by putting it into curry) was decent.
Everthing else was how it should have tasted nothing spectacular
