Ikkyu salt ramen
Ikkyu miso ramen
Well refined, thick without being fatty or grainy.
Salt has a natural no fuss taste which is good.
Miso is full on in a good way. One would probably want to go Salt then Miso if eating both in the same sitting. If one eats Miso then Salt, one wouldn't taste much.
Chashu was inconsistent today. Done parts were soft and those were wonderful, other parts were a bit chewy and those were average.
