One of the first Sydney ramen places that we've ever been many years ago and still amongst our top 3.
Croquette was light and fluffy. On this sitting Kimuchi ramen not as spicy as previous visits, the "rahmen" (that's the name on the menu) had a nice clear soup and fried onions.
Still not sure why they have an "h" in the name of the shop.
(Ryo's was probably the first ever, we didn't like it but perhaps we didn't appreciate it...having said that if we started off at what many consider the best and if it really was good then it should have become the benchmark but it didn't. Maybe one day we will return)
