BBQ Pork Bun was nice
Normal Pork Bun ok but not spectacular. Not worthy of being world famous.
Duck Ssam - duck is something hard to do because it'll always be conpared with Peking duck in our minds. This one was ok, very large for a double breast. The mint, corriander and random other leaf were a good touch. The duck itself was relatively tasty but the seasoning and cooking method gave it a ham like taste/feel. Which kind of means it's a waste of a duck.
The dessert...whoever plated this one isn't winning any awards for presentation, this is coming from people who can't plate at all. Goats cheese sorbet with museli (they probably called it granola), beetroot puree and fried goats cheese. The reasoning for ordering it was that unlike the lime tart it's something we can't make and wouldn't normally get.
No one on the table will order it anywhere in the future either.
