Raspberry and passionfruit pavlova
2 years after our first visit, they're still serving the same honeycomb and sorrel dessert. Quay with its much more infamous Snow Egg manages to change it up, why can't Pei Modern?
Maybe we had the worst dessert on the menu but why have 6 desserts on the menu if you've given up trying after the fifth?
We expect better from a 1 hat restaurant.
On the bright side the company was great and the chacuterie was good. Interesting enough for us to eat the whole platter even after a full dinner.
