Price: Cheap/Cheap but not too cheap
This one was about 40% potato, lobster was OK but lacked the excitement of a US lobster roll.
Why wasn't it as good as the USA? In the US lobster rolls are cheap, full of "lobster" ("crayfish") and they bring smiles to your face.
The lobsters in Australia are much tastier than "crayfish" from the US but also a billion times more expensive so that could be a factor since potato needed to be used to boost the filling and it felt like some flavours were missing.
Overall it's ok, not many lobster roll options in Sydney at the moment.
