Vinegared octopus takopon
Assorted sushi smallPork and seafood okonomiyaki
Scallop and prawn in creamy sauce
Not that cheap with these 4 plus one glass of wine coming to $82 but you could taste quality in everything.
Takopon was slightly boring, get something else.
Okonomiyaki was probably the best we've eaten in Sydney to date. Right ratio of cabbage, batter and plenty of seafood (pork was strips on the top, tasty too).
Sashimi... now we think we can tell the difference between good and average sushi even if both are "fresh". These had a firm texture, no sinewy or crunchy bits and still melted in your mouth.
Scallop and prawn simply cooked in garlic and oil or something but very tasty, again quality ingredients.
Want to try the beef but at $40odd for 180g we can't justify it yet...
The Urbanspoon rating is currently 63% but we think that's too low. Go before the groupies catch up.
