Confit duck "sausage roll" with red curry sauce
Tuna, rainforest lime, sour potato, olives
Pork ragu orecchiette
Pumpkin risotto, grains, yolk
Skirt steak, watercress, black bean, funghi
Overall pretty good. A couple of let downs which were the orecchiette and skirt steak.
Orecchiette tasted like Taiwanese noodles (which usually cost $12 not $29) and the skirt steak was chewy and that mix of Asian not Asian flavours didn't gel.
Other than those two, the rest of the dishes were well executed and enjoyable.
