Price: Cheap but not too cheap (ok...a bit expensive for yum cha, $30ish each instead of $25)
We overheard someone saying it wasn't good the other day but then they thought New Shanghai was also yum cha so we couldn't take them seriously.
Not bad, quality ingredients and refined pastry. Better than most yum cha places in Sydney these days.
Their signature bun is a "pineapple bun" filled with cha siu. Would have been great if we hadn't eaten amazing ones a couple of weeks earlier in Taiwan. Decent but we like traditional style steamed or baked cha siu baos better.
The other yum cha items were better than average as mentioned.
Wouldn't line up for more than 20 minutes but if the line is short we'd revisit.
