Price: Slightly High / High
We've been lucky enough to have been here a few times (this was our third visit).
One standout in the bossam this time.
Nori crisps and tataki were fine.
Popcorn shrimp not as good as previous visits. Some seemed undercooked, squishy as opposed to firm in texture.
Even though bossam is a Korean dish, it was great. Real genius idea to use beef rib.
(Popcorn shrimp isn't Japanese either is it?)
Their signature dessert was chocolate shell, warm white chocolate, lemon curd, jellies, soil. All theatre not much excitement but it was rich and tasted fine so can't complain too much.
