Some Fried things for entrée, squid ink pasta, carbonara.
What’s in a name? Everything if it happens to be an international celebrity chef… There’s a line outside, everyone raves about how “fresh” and “rustic” the food is and they present things on chopping boards propped up by cans to distract you from the food itself. To us the fried food was good, the pasta sauces were too salty and the pasta itself you could cook better from a supermarket packet.
