Interesting "one man show" where the owner is the bar tender, at times waiter and farmer all in one.
On face value $90 for 5 courses seems "cheap" (not the literal meaning of the word) but $90 for a 5 course degustation is not impossible in Sydney and Celcius still has potential to be bettet.
Overall a good meal especially the first two courses although lost points when the chocolate in the dessert lacked depth and relied on the mascarpone to pull it through.
