Café Sydney is an old faithful. Not challenging but reliable and has been improving over the years.
Entrée was good, maybe really good.
Pressed wagyu beef cheek is a bit of a waste of wagyu. Pressing the cheek gives the dish a gelatinous texture which is not enjoyable. The rest was fine.
Dessert was good, we enjoy that this style of dessert ever since eating it at the now closed Guillaume... and Sepia's chocolate forest was probably the first of its kind here in Sydney.
