Price: Slightly high
Originally went her a couple of years ago for free. It was great then and on this visit it was still great even with the need to pay. Such a random location and not "challenging" but one of the tastiest places around.
Scallops (Special) - Not sure how Canadian these were...we thought they should be 2-3 times bigger if they were like the ones we ate in the US.
Spatchcock - good
Beef very good soft, juicy, large piece
Duck on its own is a bit salty but with the other elements on the plate it is tasty.
Chips tasty and crispy as they should be - Flying Fish should take note...
They had a souffle as a dessert special but tables around us looked uninspired as they ate it. The meringue is a standard bistro dessert in Sydney by the look of it but this one was good.
Apply tart really good. It's flat but the pastry is layered and tasty...
