Had heard from a trusted source that this place couldn't do crackling. Given the name this was a major problem so went in with low expectations. Ended up being decent, crackling was as good as the Chinese roast pig but not terrible.
Pork belly was good, crackling started crisp and ended a bit chewy but still decent.
Suckling pig was soft but not Pilu level
Sprouts and mash were good
Chocolate mousse with honeycomb, cherries and marshmallow - good
Coconut creme brulee - to us the dried coconut tasted like chlorine but the other 2 dining partners thought it tasted fine. Could have done with more burnt sugar (only one tiny piece)
Custard filled Donuts with apple sorbet - sauce underneath was a bit alcoholic but generally very good.
