Fish and chips were pretty good, pastry of the stout braised beef pie was not crisp other than that the pie was good.
Food is decent upper level pub food, price perhaps slightly high for what you get.
Nothing spectacular but solid.
Caveat: It took a long time (30mins) for the food to be cooked but they did pre-warn us perhaps they were short staffed. It was a lazy weekday lunch so not too fussed but the restaurant wasn't full. Not sure how it'll be if it was a Friday night.
