Antiblog (AH): so many influences, in so few dishes: Chinese, Japanese, "Modern Australian", some French, some more Modern Oz and even some Thai elements. Maybe it's an homage to our cultural diversity, maybe the kitchen staff like to think in tangents. Like its presentation, the overall flavours seemed inconsistent, leaving us more puzzled than intrigued. The lobster and scrambled egg was glorious, as was the beef's succulence and the desserts. The rest was hard to fault but lacked 'wow'. Not sure if this meal warranted 3 hats. 2 maybe. Maybe.
