Antiblog (AH):
Marque is one of the few restaurants that still push ambitious flavour combinations. Sadly, its ambition has never really paid off for me: the flavours tend to be more jarring than adventurous.
Everything from this meal was well cooked and presented but nothing really excited the taste buds. Except the sauternes custard. That's always a winner.
