From memory Encasa is perhaps tastier and cheaper but further, noiser and not so
great without a booking.
We often get Capitan Torres confused with its neighbours but the food is quite tasty overall and servings decently sized. Vegetarian paella was a pleasant surprise (we ordered it because normal paella didn't come in a one person serve). Don't order calamari and don't eat the artichoke or whatever it is in the middle of the paella.
The thing about tapas is that it is reminiscent of expensive yumcha so that detracted from the score...
